About Wooden Barn Shop
Wooden Barn Shop is small quaint shop located in Fowler, OH. What was once a barn used to raise livestock has since been transformed into a rustic gift shop. Wooden Barn Shop was inspired by Donna's late mother who had a knack of making extraordinary things from pieces of scrap. The shop is run by Donna and her daughter Maranda who together love to create and teach classes on making beautiful primitive crafts. We are open seasonally and post our seasonal open house dates a month in advance. Meet the Owner
Wooden Barn Shop is owned and run by Donna Helmick, currently located at her quaint country residence in rural Fowler Ohio. She and her husband Jamie have been members of the community for over 17 years and love to spend their time together with their beagle Molly and visiting with family. Donna began her DIY class venture 7 years ago, never expecting it to grow into the community staple it is today. When she's not busy making amazing crafting opportunities for others, she is a registered nurse in the Oncology services department with over 30 years experience at Mercy Health. She hopes to continue helping others discover their inner creativity for years to come.
